      <description>&lt;h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;S.M.A.R.T.I.E.R.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="s-text-color-red"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Specific&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;: Everything that you do, you need to be specific, because our brain only can quickly pick up and connect to a specific matters. I realise that many are just talking but not dare to be specific, therefore they are not heading to specific destination&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="s-text-color-blue"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Measurable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;: What measured gets done! I am certain that you have heard of this before. The advantage of having it measurable, you can make adjustment to your action as you go along. If you are behind, DO NOT change your goal post! Change your action!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="s-text-color-red"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Actionable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;: I am amaze how individual minds always to find the safest, easiest and comfort state of mind. Many would rather propose actions that may not really related to themselves, so that they do not need to do anything! But if you do change at all, how would you expect any different in results.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="s-text-color-blue"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Realistic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;: We likes to think Big in everything that we aim to get, that is good. And it is also important to be realistic so that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. If it is not Realistic, we might not place sufficient effort to reach the destination.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="s-text-color-green"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Time-Bound&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;: If we do not date it, or set time frame for ourself, we will know how to prioritise and we will tend to work and work but never feel the need to push to complete it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="s-text-color-orange"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Intelligent&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;: This is new to myself too, many times I have set goal, but did not ask this question "Is there another better / smartier ways to do it!"       <title>Four Phases Of Change</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;In previous blog, I have self declared that change is possible, but it does not come easily.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Energy stage&lt;/strong&gt; relates to the meta-programs of toward and away from —toward the &lt;/span&gt;attractions that we want and away from the aversions that we don’t.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Decision stage&lt;/strong&gt; relates to the meta-programs of reflective and action in how we respond to information, events, and people. First we reflect on what’s currently going on and then we take action as we make a decision to do something.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Creation stage&lt;/strong&gt; relates to the meta-programs of internal reference and external reference. First we internally reference our matrix structure of meaning frames and create a plan using our know-how knowledge of what to do, then we externally reference the outside world that we live and move in for where and how the action plan will be implemented. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Solidifying stage&lt;/strong&gt; relates to the meta-programs of matcher and mis-matcher. First we perceive by matching for what is similar to the game plan that we designed and noticing and acknowledging what’s working even if in the tiniest bit as we nurture, support, and validate the person who has taken action. Then we mis-match by sorting for differences, what’s not fully congruent with the game plan as we test it out, give feedback, offer ideas for further refinements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

      <title>CHANGE IS POSSIBLE - BUT IT IS NOT GOING TO BE EASY!</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you do! That is normal - every human being (as long as your are a life) you will need to change from time to time. There are many reason &lt;b&gt;WHY &lt;/b&gt;you will need to change:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;You will be more happier than now&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You want to create impact to others&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You inspire to follow other successful peoples&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Your DREAM....&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can go on and added more to the above lists, but what exactly is yours? When I use the word &lt;b&gt;EXACTLY &lt;/b&gt;i means it you need to know in specific what do you want? I have heard many of my coachee tell me the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I want to make more sales&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I want to be rich&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I wish that I can be like the person&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I hope one day I will be happier&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are you in the same position like the above who does not exactly know what they want? I means in specific! Lets follow this simple acronym &lt;b&gt;S.M.A.R.T.E.R&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;S - Specific; I want to loose weight&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;M - Measurable; 10kg of weight lost is my measureable&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A - Action-able; I am going to do it by controlling my diet (food intake) and exercise regularly&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;R - Realistic; yes because this is a healthy body mass index&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;T - Time frame - My aim is to achieve it in 3 months&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;E - Emotional state - Stay healthy, happy and productive&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;R - Reward 4 me - to buy a new Macbook Pro RM5K&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
