Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply for bookings to Goshen’s Services.
PAYMENT TERMS & METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Our courses are of limited class size. Course fees must be paid at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the services in order to guarantee your place. Payment method is discussed and agreed by both parties that come to the mentioned agreement.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS:
No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds provided ones the service contract is signed or ones first payment has been paid by the participants or ones payment by the company has been cleared.
POLICY OF MULTIPLE DELIVERY or PAYMENT:
Despite some courses are possible to be delivered in multiple sessions, Goshen do not take this as standard method of delivery. All payment must be paid in lump sum prior to engagement of each courses.
Credit Notes will be issued in appropriate circumstances. Please note that credit notes are valid for 90 days only from date of issue. If you do not use your credit note within 90 days it will lapse.
Any promotional offers must be claimed at the time that the booking is made. We regret but no retrospective claims can be accepted.

All information regarding course dates, presenters, fees and content is accurate as at time of posting. We do our utmost to ensure that courses are conducted as advertised. Goshen’s reserves the right however to vary course dates, course presenters, terms and conditions or to cancel courses without prejudice if circumstances so warrant. In such a situation participants will be informed of the change prior to the course and will be entitled to cancel if they so choose without penalty.
